摘　　要：阐述了运用信息化手段和人工智能决策方法,设计并实现专门为奶农量身定制的基于PDA奶牛管理信息服务平台。实现奶牛饲养管理与疾病防治基本信息检索,根据通径理论对奶牛近交系数进行估算,对近交系数最小、预增产奶量最高的种公牛进行预测,防止奶牛群体近交,达到优良繁育和实现现场移动办公的目的。The paper expounded implementation cow management information service platform based on PDA used information technology and artificial intelligent decision.Realizes the cow raising management and the disease basic information retrieval.estimated cow inbreeding coefficient according to the Latus rectum theory,forecasts the cow which have the smallest inbreeding coefficient and the highest milk production,prevents cow inbreeding and realizes fine breeding.And realizes the mobile work.
