基于双输送带铺沙承种排种器试验台的研制

摘　　要：针对以往种子粒径较大时黄油无法黏种固种的情况,研究采用双输送带铺沙承种的排种器试验台。采用输送带铺沙承种使该试验台能够更好地固定大粒种子,选用两条输送带以及螺旋输送机达到更好地分离种沙以及循环利用沙的目的。为此,介绍了试验台的总体结构及设计参数,并对其关键部件的结构、功能进行了介绍与分析。A seed-metering device test platform with double conveyor belts and paving sands on one belt was developed based on the deficiency of the oil-belt method that the oil can not stick and fix seeds well when the size of the seeds is larger.In order to fix the large seeds well,one conveyor belt was paved sands.Two conveyor belts and screw conveyor were adopted in order to separate the sands and seeds better as well as recyclingly use the sands better.The whole structure and parameter were introduced,and the structure and function of key components were introduced and analyzed.
