西安市地下热水资源可持续开发利用的瓶颈问题研究

摘　　要：地热水既是一种宝贵的自然资源,又具有典型的稀有性和难以再生性。在大力提倡低碳经济,节能减排,积极应对全球气候变暖的今天,既要利用地热水资源,又要重视地热水资源的可持续性。西安市的地热资源得天独厚,具有分布广,储量大,温度高,水量丰,水压大,水质优等显著特点。是大自然馈赠西安人民的十分珍贵的清洁能源。用得好,可为西安人们造福,可让子孙后代受益,为西安经济率先发展服务。用不好,可使水源枯竭,水质污染,地面沉降,后患无穷。本调研在扎实研究的基础上,针对我市地下热水开发中的一些制约可持续开发的关键问题开展深入调研,并提出了我市地下热水可持续性开采的对策和建议。The warm groundwater is a pretty pressure nature resource with the typical characteristics of rare and non-renewable.Today in the atmosphere of highly advocating low carbon economy,Energy-saving and emission-reduction,and positively face up with the Global Warming problem,it is important to use the warm groundwater resource sustainably.The warm groundwater resource in Xi＇an is pretty abundant.It has the Characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,and big quantity and so on,It is a gift from nature for xi＇an people.If it is used properly,it will be good for the development of the city＇s economic and bring benefit to xi＇an people and its Offspring.But if it is improperly used,it will cause a lot of environment problem such as the exhaustion of water sources,the pollution of the water resource,ground subsidence and so on.In this research,we have investigated and studied the Key issue which constrains the warm groundwater＇s sustainable exploitation and use in Xi＇an,and have also brought up some suggestions and solutions.
