摘　　要：随着社会经济的迅速发展,水资源开发利用中存在的矛盾已日益突出。本文在对关中地区水资源特点进行分析的基础上,指出了水资源开发利用中存在的矛盾与问题,并针对这些问题,提出了水资源可持续利用的对策与建议,以期为关中地区的可持续发展提供依据。With the rapid development of social economy,the exploitation and utilization of water resources has been increasingly prominent contradiction.Based on the analysis of water resources characteristics in Guanzhong region,the paper pointed out the existing problems and contradictions in the exploitation and utilization of water resources,and to address these issues,proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable utilization of water resources,in order to provide the basis for the sustainable development of Guanzhong region.
