摘  要:红血细胞经脉冲电磁场照射后,质膜耐低渗能力下降,最大脆性升高;电镜扫描发现人成熟红血细胞变成球形;T淋巴细胞膜表面绵羊红血细胞受体受到影响,导致淋巴细胞与绵羊红血细胞形成玫瑰花结的能力显著下降.The low permeability resisting of human red blood cell was reduced,especially when the concentration of NaCl was about 0.4%~0.5%,and the shape of mature red blood cell become more globular after exposed to PEMF.The effect of PEMF of human lymphocyte immunity was evaluated by the rose forming cell assay and found that the receptor on human lymphocyte membrane of sheep red blood cell was destroyed significantly.All these results indicated that cell membrane and its associated proteins were affected by the irradiation of PEMF.The action mechanism of PEMF on cellular membrane was analyzed.
