中华绒螯蟹眼柄视神经节发育特征的初步研究

摘　　要：应用组织切片技术于光镜下研究了中华绒螯蟹不同阶段的眼柄神经节的发育特征及其神经分泌细胞。根据细胞的大小、形态以及细胞质染色的深浅,将眼柄神经分泌细胞分为4种类型;并讨论了这4种细胞在河蟹不同阶段的变化。We have observed the development of the optic ganglia of the eyestalk and the neurosecretory cells thereof in the Chinese mitten crab,Eriocheir sinensis under the light microscope,using section technique.According to the size,morphology and shades of stained cytoplasm,these cells can be divided into 4 types, and the differences in development stages of the cells are also discussed.
