摘 要:详细讨论了硫酸法钛白粉水解工序排出的w(H2SO4)约20%的废酸浓缩工艺,以及浓缩过程中析出的一水硫酸亚铁用于制硫酸需要解决的工程问题。经两效真空浓缩为w(H2SO4)约55%的硫酸,用于钛白粉或磷化工生产,其析出的一水硫酸亚铁经焙烧后,产生w(Fe2O3)约65%的烧渣作为钢铁厂炼铁原料。提出硫酸法钛白粉废酸利用的循环经济模式。The concentration process of waste acid [w(H2SO4)≈20%] from the hydrolyzing process of titanium pigment production with sulfuric acid method and engineering problems required to be solved for production of sulfuric acid with precipitated ferrous sulfate monohydrate from the concentration process are elaborated.After two-effect vacuum concentration,the sulfuric acid whose w(H2SO4) is about 55% is used for producing titanium pigment or phosphorus chemical industry,and after roasting of the precipitated ferrous sulfate monohydrate,the produced cinder [w(Fe2O3)≈65%] is used as the raw materials for iron making of steel plant.The circular economy mode of utilization of waste acid from titanium pigment production with sulfuric acid method is proposed.
