滩海油田开发的基本工程环境特点

摘　　要：介绍了滩海油田的工程环境包括风、浪、潮差和风暴潮、海流、冰情、海床地貌和工程地质等的特点。分析了滩海油田开发面对的海洋法规环境。论述了滩海油田依托陆上开发、相邻油田联合开发、采用小型装置、邻近人文和经济发达区以及生态敏感区等开发生产特点。基于滩海油田的工程环境、海洋法规环境、开发生产特点,总结了滩海油田开发对海洋工程装备和工程设施的特殊要求:采用移动式及便于拆装的模块化平台;采用适应极浅水和潮间带的两栖运载装备;应考虑防冰、抗冰措施等。The characteristics of the engineering environment such as wind,wave,tide range,storm tide,sea current,ice condition,sea-bed topography,and engineering geology in the beach oil field were introduced.The marine legal environment faced by the beach oil field was analyzed.The development characteristics such as development relying on land,joint development of adjacent oilfields,adoption of small units,contiguity of the humane and economical well-developed region and the eco-sensitive area were described.According to the engineering environment,marine legal environment,and development characteristics of the beach oil field,special requirements of marine engineering equipments and facilities for the beach oil field were summarized.The mobile modularization platform should be adopted,the amphibious transport equipment adapt to very shallow water and intertidal belt should be adopted,and the anti-icing measure should be considered.
