摘 要:本文采用明矾(KAl(SO4)2·12H2O)和煅烧明矾(KAl(SO4)2)作为天然硬石膏水化的激发剂,探讨了硫酸铝钾对天然硬石膏水化的激发机理。结果表明:煅烧明矾对天然石膏的水化激发效果更明显,明矾与天然硬石膏生成水化中间产物K2Ca(SO4)2·2O复盐,煅烧明矾与天然硬石膏生成水化中间产物K2Ca(SO4)2·H2O和KCa(SO)复盐。明矾加入量为5%时,3d水化率达到45.1%;煅烧明矾加入量为6%时,3d水化率达到61.5%。The activating mechanism of aluminum potassium sulfate in the process of hydration of natural anhydrite was studied by adopting calcined alum KAI(SO4)2 and alum KAI(SO4)2 · 12H2O as activating agents in this paper. The results showed that the activating effect of the calcined alum is apparently higher than that of alum, and the former results in formation of intermediate products of K2Ca( SO4 )2 · H2O and K2Ca( SO4 )2 ,while the latter leads to an intermediate product of K2Ca( SO4 ) 2 · H2O- When the hydration time is 3d and 5% of alum or 6% of calcined alum were used, their hydration rates reach 45.1% and 61.5% respectively.
