玉树大地震高原肺水肿患者心肌作功指数和左心室射血分数的变化

摘　　要：目的观察高原肺水肿(HAPE)患者心肌作功指数(Tei指数)和左心室射血分数(LVEF)的变化。方法对26例HAPE患者在治疗前后测定了Tei指数和LVEF的变化,并与30例当地健康人作对比。结果 HAPE患者治疗前Tei指数(0.656±0.088)显著高于治愈后(0.493±0.078)和对照组(0.487±0.074),分别t=6.358、7.246,均P<0.01;LVEF[(32.856±3.633)%]显著低于治愈后[(52.612±4.232)%]和对照组[(53.571±4.576)%],分别t=16.667、17.206,均P<0.01;治愈后与对照组之间比较无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 HAPE患者存在明显的心功能下降,治愈后又恢复到正常水平。Objective To investigate the Chenges of myocardial performance index（Tei index）and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）in patients with high altitude pulmoary edema（HAPE）.Methods The Tei index and LVEF were measured before and after treatment among 26 cases of paticnts with HAPE by Doppler echcardiography,and 30 local healthy volunteers served as controll.Results The Tei index（0.656±0.088）was significantly higher in patient group before treatment than after treatment（0.493±0.078）and that in control group（0.487±0.074）,t=6.358,7.246,respectively,all P〈0.01.while the LVEF[（32.856±3.633）%]was significantly lower in patient group before treatment than after treatment[（52.612±4.232）%]and that in control group[（53.571±4.576）%],t=16.667,17.206,respectively,all P〈0.01.The Tei index and LVEF were not different between patient group after treatment and the control group（all P〉0.05）.Conclusion The results showed that cardiac function was significantly diceased in patients with HAPE.
