摘 要:考虑轴承的支承刚度以及工作台与丝杠之间的接触刚度,将丝杠处理为两端和中间均受弹性支承的旋转的Timoshenko梁系统。考虑了剪切变形、转动惯量、陀螺效应以及预拉伸力对丝杠横向振动的影响,利用边界条件和连续条件建立了丝杠横向振动的频率方程,求解了振型函数,分析了传动系统工作过程中丝杠横向振动频率的变化,以及支承刚度、旋转速度、预拉伸力等系统参数对丝杠横向振动频率和振型的影响,为提高机床加工速度和加工质量奠定基础。Considering the beating stiffness and the contact stiffness between worktable and screw, the drive screw is seen as a rotating Tinoshenko beam with elastic supports of both ends and the middle. Using boundary conditions and continuity conditions, the frequency equation of the screw is derived considering the effect of shearing strain, movement inertia, gyroscope and the pre-tension force on drive screw' s lateral vibration. The mode shape of the screw is solved. The lateral vibration frequency is analyzed when the worktable moved from the left end to the right end of the screw and the effect of the system parameters like bearing stiffness, rotating speed and pre-tension force on the natural frequency of the lateral vibration of the drive screw to supply a base for the improvement of processing speed and quality of machine tool.
