摘  要:基于某固体火箭发动机装药结构的人工脱粘结构,分别对壳体、绝热层、衬层和药柱进行结构化网格划分。在固化降温过程中,对装药结构尤其是头部人工脱粘层前缘部位分别进行线性结构分析和考虑到边界非线性的接触分析。通过对两种结果的比较,分析边界非线性的引入对前缘应力应变的影响;然后通过头部人工脱粘部位界面之间的接触正应力,对人工脱粘前缘部位进行脱粘分析。相比线性分析,边界非线性的考虑使得人工脱粘层前缘部位应力应变的数值模拟更加接近真实水平,可以更准确地进行前缘部位的脱粘分析。Based on stress release structure of solid rocket motor grain,structured grids were meshed on rind,insulation,liner and grain severally.Under curing temperature reducing phase,solid rocket motor especially head stress release boot region is analyzed with linear and nonlinear method considering nonlinear boundary.Through contrast of the two results,effect of nonlinear boundary on stress and strain of boot region is analyzed.Then,based on contact normal stress between interfaces of head stress release boot region,debond analysis was processed for stress release boot region.Compare with liner analysis,introduction of nonlinear boundary make numerical simulation stress and strain result of stress release boot region is more closed to true level,so debond analysis in boot region can be processed more exactly.
