摘  要:目的了解我院胃镜消毒灭菌效果,更好地控制由于胃镜操作所引起的院内感染。方法按消毒技术规范2002版,对消毒灭菌后的胃镜内、外表面,操作部,活检钳以及消毒液,冲洗槽,注水瓶进行细菌学监测,同时对胃镜内外表面、活检钳进行HBsAg监测。结果胃镜内外表面、操作部、活检钳以及消毒液、冲洗槽、注水瓶消毒合格率分别为:82.6%(38/46)、93.5%(43/46)、89.1%(41/46)、100.0%(12/12)、100.0%(20/20)、90.6%(29/32)、43.2%(16/37)。结论胃镜消毒管理工作不规范,致使胃镜消毒效果合格率下降,需严格按内镜清洗消毒技术规范执行。Objective To study the effect of disinfection of gastroscope and control better the nosocomial infection caused by gastroscopy.Methods In accordance with the standard of disinfection technology(2002),monitored the inside and outside surfaces,operation department,biopsy forceps,as well as the disinfectant,rinse tank,note water bottles have disinfected with bacteriology.At the same time,monitored the inside and outside surfaces and biopsy forceps for HBsAg.Results The pass rate of inside and outside surfaces,operation department,biopsy forceps,as well as the disinfectant,rinse tank,note water bottles were as follows: 82.6%(38/46),93.5%(43/46),89.1%(41/46),100.0%(12/12),100.0%(20/20),90.6(29/32),43.2(16/37).Conclusion There are irregularities in the work of sterilization and management what lead to the pass rate of sterilization decline.We have to execute the standard strictly.
