摘  要:生物质气化技术是农林废弃物实现资源化利用的有效途径,对缓解能源压力、保护环境具有双重意义。利用气化剩余木炭进行活性炭制备又是对气化剩余物赋予高附加值的工艺创新。以气化所产松树枝木炭为原料,通过高温过热水蒸汽活化制备活性炭,采用正交试验方法分析了活化条件对活性炭的碘值和收率的影响,找出了最佳活化条件和影响活性炭质量的主次关系。在活化温度为600℃、活化时间为180min、水蒸汽流量为45kg/h时,得到质量最好的木质活性炭产品。The biomass gasification technology is an effective way to realize synthetic utilization for agricultural and forestry residues,and is significative in both energy saving and environmental protection.It is a technologic innovation to produce activated carbon from the charcoal after gasifying,in which the residues of gasification are endowed with high added value;Activated carbon was preparated from gasified pine branches charcoal using high temperature superheat steam.The effect of activation factors on the iodine value and average yield rate of activated carbon was analyzed via orthogonal design method.The best activation condition was determined;The best quality of the activated carbon is gained,when the temperature,time and vapour flux are 600℃,180 minutes and 45kg/h respectively.
