摘　　要：目的探讨流程管理在给药管理中的应用与效果。方法运用流程管理的先进理念和方法,对医院给药系统的关键流程进行分析、再造、优化,重点对病房口服给药及急诊输液流程进行了改造;建立住院患者用药调配中心;强化高危药物的安全管理。结果患者对口服给药及输液的满意度提高,摆药差错发生率降低,并有效避免了医嘱差错,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士给药安全的流程管理是一种安全、有效提高医院药物安全管理的方法。Objective To explore the methods and effects of process management applied in medication adminstration safety management. Methods Based on the advanced concepts of process management,the key processes of the administration system were analyzed,reengineered, and optimized. The specific measures including reengineering the processes of oral medication administration in the wards and transfusion in the emergency department ,establishing the medicine deployment center for inpatients, and strengthening the safety management of high - risk drugs. Results The satisfaction degrees of patients with oral medication administration and transfusion were improved and the incidence of dispensing errors was reduced significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The process management in medication administration safety is effective to improve the safety of medication administration in hospitals.
