摘　　要：HXD3C型交流传动电力机车是干线客货通用电力机车。文章主要介绍了该机车的总体结构、技术参数、技术性能和技术特点。Type HXD3C AC drive passenger/freight electric locomotive is used on mainline and serviced as passenger/ freight locomotive.The followings such as main structure,technical parameters,technical performance and characteristics etc.are presented in this paper.
