摘　　要：为了探索手术室时间和人力资源管理的更好办法,优化手术流程,提高手术室经济效益,对该院手术室200例手术的流程及各时间段的利用进行了记录和分析。结果显示,非手术时间约占手术总时间的40%,第一台手术无效时间明显大于接台手术,充分说明了合理安排手术,优化手术流程是提高手术时间利用率,增加经济效益的主要手段。In order to find out better methods to manage time and human resources in operating room,optimize surgical process and improve OR efficiency,we recorded and analyzed the operation flow and time-use of 200 surgical operations.It indicated that nonsurgical time accounted for 40% of the total operation time,invalid time of the first surgery was significantly longer than that of the others.So proper operation arrangements and optimization of operation procedures may increase operating time utilization and enhance economic benefits.
