母婴同室产妇手卫生现状及阻碍洗手因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解母婴同室病房产妇手卫生的意识、洗手现状,分析阻碍产妇洗手的因素,以增加产妇的手卫生知识,促进其正确洗手行为。方法:采用便利抽样方法,对北京市某"三甲"医院母婴同室的 200 例产妇进行问卷调查。结果:所有被调查产妇都认为手卫生是重要的,但只有 36.0% 的产妇能按照六步洗手法的标准洗手,96.4% 的产妇认为医院有必要开展手卫生健康教育。阻碍产妇洗手的因素主要有:产后行动不便,认为产后不能接触凉水等。结论:产妇实施洗手行为时存在诸多误区,护士应充分重视产妇的手卫生需求,为其提供更具针对性、更具体的指导。Objective：To investigate the hand hygienic knowledge and behavior of puerperas in maternal-infant wards,and analyze the impeding factors.Methods：Questionnaire was designed and survey was performed among 200 puerperas in maternalinfant wards in a grade A class 3 hospital by convenience sampling.Results：All puerperas were aware of the importance of hand hygiene,but only 36% puerperas could wash their hands as the six steps instruction suggested.96.4% puerperas demanded more knowledge from the hospital.The mainly impeding factors were：inconvenience after parturition,the idea that puerperas could not touch cold water,etc.Conclusion：Puerperas had many misunder standing in hand hygiene.More personally in structions should be provided in details by nurses.
