摘　　要：目的了解子宫颈电环切术患者术后的随访依从性及影响因素。方法自行制订调查问卷,对56例子宫颈电环切术患者通过门诊随访和电话回访获取资料,进行分析。结果 56例患者中,依从性好28例,依从性差28例,依从行为与婚姻状况、居住地、手术后时间等因素有关。结论子宫颈电环切术患者术后随访依从性总体较差,受婚姻状况、居住地、手术后时间等多种因素影响。Objective To study the follow-up compliance of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia after LEEP conization and influencing factors.Method Investigate 56 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia after LEEP conization by self-designed questionnaire.Analyze the information got from visiting and telephone follow-up.Result 28 patients have nice compliance and 28 patients have poor compliance.Compliance is related to marriage,residence and time after operation.Conclusion The general follow-up compliance for patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia after LEEP conization is poor.It is related to a lot of factors such as marriage,residence and time after operation.
