摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对盲人抑郁患者生活质量的长期影响。方法:选择湛江地区2个社区的盲人抑郁患者作为研究对象,一个社区的盲人抑郁患者作为心理护理组(A组),另一个社区的盲人抑郁患者作为对照组(B组)。对A组的盲人抑郁患者进行为期3个月的心理护理,心理护理结束后再随访3个月,B组患者进行常规护理及一般心理护理。用健康调查问卷(SF-36)第2版调查两组患者6个月时的生活质量,以了解心理护理对患者的长期影响。结果:6个月时,A组患者在生活质量的情感职能、活力、心理功能维度分数显著高于B组。结论:心理护理具有提高盲人抑郁患者心理社会方面生活质量的长期效果。Objective：To explore the effect of psychological nursing on quality of life in blind patients with depression.Methods：To select blind patients of two community in Zhanjian,the blind patients in A group implemented psychological nursing,and the blind patients in B group was the conrol group.Blind patients with depression in A group were performed 3 months psychologicalnursing,then followed up for 3 months.The patints in B group were given normal nursing and pschological nursing.We investigated the quality of life at the end of 6 months so as to estimate the effect of psychological nursing on depression patients.Results：Compared with that of control group at the end of 6 months,the scales of factors including RE,VT,MH,SF in A group were significantly higher than in B group.Conclusion：Psychological nursing is suitable for improving the mental health of blind patients of depression with well-format.
