舒适护理干预在高危腺性膀胱炎护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨对腺性膀胱炎患者实施舒适护理的有效方法,从而全面提升腺性膀胱炎的临床护理质量。方法：将我科2007年1月-2009年12月收治的60例腺性膀胱炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用常规护理＋舒适护理干预,对照组给予常规护理。结果：实验组患者对护理工作满意度高于对照组,术后72 h内膀胱痉挛发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：舒适护理干预是腺性膀胱炎患者有效的护理方法,是实现人文关怀和整体护理的有效途径,体现了以人为本的护理内涵,提高了护理质量。Objective：To explore application of comfortable nursing model on patients with cystitis glandularis for improvement of nursing quality.Methods：From January 2007 to December 2009,60 patients with cystitis glandularis were randomly divided into two groups named observation group and control group.Usual care was applied in control group.Usual care combined with comfortable nursing was applied in observation group.Results：Patients in observation group were satisfied with nursing than those in Control Group.Incidence of complications of cystospasm within 72 hours in observation group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comfortable nursing model is effective for patients with cystitis glandularis.
