摘 要:对47个中国南瓜自交系材料的主要果实性状进行了调查和分析。结果表明,不同自交系之间数量性状表现差异较大,单果质量在1173~5431g,单瓜种子数在79~504粒,果形指数为0.50~7.27,果肉厚度为1.6~4.5cm,可溶性固形物为8.0%~15.0%;单果质量、单瓜种子数、果形指数、果肉厚度、可溶性固形物含量等性状变异系数均高于10%。在质量性状方面果皮颜色多数材料为墨绿色,果肉颜色多数为黄色,果肉质地以中等致密为主,47个南瓜自交系甜度、面度和熟后质地大多数表现较好。The fruit traits of 47 squash(Cucurbit moschata)inbred lines were evaluated in this experiment.Great genetic variation was observed for fruit traits among 47 lines.Single fruit weight was 1 173-5 431 g.The number of seed per fruit were 79-504.The fruit shape index was 0.50-7.27.The flesh thickness was 1.6-4.5 cm.The soluble solids content was 8.0%-15.0%.The coefficient of variation for single fruit weight,number of seed per fruit,fruit shape index,flesh thickness and soluble solid content was all greater than 10%.The color of peel was mostly dark green and the flesh color was mainly yellow,the flesh texture mostly fine and dense.All 47 inbred lines produced fruit with good sweetness and flesh quality.
