摘 要:黄瓜枯萎病是由病原真菌尖孢镰刀菌引发的一种土传病害,严重影响黄瓜生产。采用化学防治,虽有一定效果,短期能控制病害的发生,但长期连续使用化学农药防治,容易使病菌产生抗药性,同时严重污染环境和降低黄瓜品质,影响人体健康。生物防治既能控制病害的发生,又不污染环境、危害人体健康,有利于可持续发展,具有广阔的发展前景。本文对近几十年来黄瓜枯萎病生物防治方法进行简单回顾和综述,对未来发展趋势进行了展望。Cucumber fusarium wilt is one of soil - borne diseases caused by Fusarium oxysporum, and seriously impacts the cucumber production. Chemical method can control it in short term with some effect. However, chemical fungicide with long - term and single - use easily induces the resistance of pathogen to chemicals, severely pollutes the environment, decreases the cucumber quality and threats the human health. Biological control not only controls pathogens, but also can not pollute environment and harm human health, so it is beneficial to the sustainable development and has a good development prospect. In this paper, the biological control methods in recent years were briefly reviewed and summarized, and the development trends were briefly prospect.
