摘  要:考察了供油提前角分别为23、25、27、29℃A时,柴油机的功率、扭矩、烟度、最高爆发压力等参数随供油提前角的变化情况,为确定供油提前角的调整范围提供依据。研究结果表明,发动机的标定功率随供油提前角的增大而上升,当供油提前角为27℃A时,发动机的扭矩最大。标定点和最大扭矩点的燃油消耗率随着供油提前角的增大而下降,随着供油提前角的增大,缸内最高爆发压力呈上升趋势,中、低转速时尤为明显。The changing of power, torque, smoke degree, maximum explosion pressure of diesel engine at different fuel supply advance angle of 23, 25, 27, 29℃A is studied, which provides reference for determining the adjusting range of the angle. The results show that the rated power of the engine grows with the enlarging of fuel supply advance angle. When the angle is 27℃A, the torque of the engine is maximum. The fuel consumption rate at the rated point and maximum torque point reduces with the growing of the fuel supply advance angle, while the maximum explosion pressure in the cylinder appears upward trend, especially at medium or low rotating speed.
