摘　　要：目的 观察黄连水煎剂对产超广谱β内酰胺酶肺炎克雷伯杆菌的体内、体外抑菌作用.方法 黄连采用水煎法提取药液,稀释后测定其对临床分离的产酶肺炎克雷伯杆菌的最低抑菌浓度.动物实验采用大鼠造模,分别应用黄连、莫西沙星和莫西沙星/黄连进行治疗,比较抑菌效果差异.结果 体外试验中黄连对产酶肺炎克雷伯杆菌有较强的抑菌作用,48g/L水煎液即可取得良好抑菌效果;莫西沙星与黄连具有一定协同作用.动物实验中黄连水煎液仍然具有较佳的治疗效果,7 d治疗可有效降低大鼠中性粒细胞比值（降低7.2%）和中性粒细胞总数（降低1.19×10^9/L）.结论 黄连无论是在体外体内,对产酶肺炎克雷伯杆菌都有较好的抑菌作用,在产超广谱β内酰胺酶肺炎克雷伯杆菌诱发感染的临床防治中应能发挥积极作用.Objective To investigate the antibacterial effect of coptis in vitro and vivo on extended spectrum β-lactamase （ESBLs ＋） klebsiella pneumoniae. Methods The coptis decoction was extracted and diluted with a series of concentration. The minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC） of the coptis decoction was measured on the clinical isolated （ESBLs ＋） klebsiella pneumoniae. Then the different effects on the rats modeling were compared. The rats had been treated respectively by the traditional chinese medicine,antibiotics,or both of them.Results The coptis possessed a stronger antibacterial effect on （ESBLs ＋） klebsiella pneumoniae in vitro. In animal experiments,the coptis also showed good therapeutic effect. Conclusions The coptis possesses good antibacterial effect on （ESBLs ＋） klebsiella pneumoniae both in vitro and in vivo. The coptis may play an important role in the prevention and treatment of （ESBLs ＋） klebsiella pneumoniae infection.
