摘 要:采用红外摄像技术分析农村居住建筑中普遍存在的冷热桥现象,利用热流计法测量普通砖墙、保温砌块、多孔砖、聚苯乙烯泡沫夹心板等多种北京市农村节能建筑常用围护结构的传热系数,针对部分存在热工缺陷的建筑提出相应的改进意见和建议。采用压差法测量常用钢塑外窗的冷风渗透性。采用示踪气体法测量多栋住宅的换气次数,结果显示部分外窗冷风渗透量超标严重。研究工作为北京市"十二五"规划农村居住建筑的节能改造和相关政策的制定提供了重要参考依据。The common thermal bridge in rural residential buildings was investigated with the thermal infrared imager.The heat transfer coefficient of the conventional building envelope(brick,thermal insulation block,porous brick and polystyrene sandwich panel) was measuredwith the method of thermal current meter.The improvements for buildings with thermal issues were proposed.In addition,the fresh air permeability for common plastic steel windows was studied by the means of pressure difference.The ventilation rate of the residential building wasmeasured with the tracer gas.The result indicates that the permeability for some windows exceeds the standard value obviously.The research work provides reference for the energy saving reconstruction of rural residential buildings in the"Twelfth Five Years plan"of Beijing.
