序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性病人的护理

摘　　要：[目的]总结序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性病人的护理。[方法]对110例Hp阳性病人采用序贯疗法进行Hp根除治疗,同时加强健康宣教、口服药的管理、药物反应的观察、心理护理等。[结果]110例病人治疗后临床症状得到缓解,4周后经14C尿素呼气试验复查杀菌效果,抗生素耐药3例,药物过敏2例,95%的病人杀菌取得满意疗效。[结论]加强Hp阳性病人采用序贯疗法进行Hp根除治疗的护理是治疗成功的关键。Objective：It summarized nursing care of patients with positive helicobacter pylori（Hp） accepting sequential therapy.Methods：A total of 110 patients with positive Hp accepted eradication therapy by adopting sequential therapy.At the same time,health education,oral medication management,observation on drug reactions,and psychological care were strengthened.Results：All patients＇clinical symptoms had been improved after the treatment.After four weeks,all patients accepted 14C-urea breath test for rechecking their sterilizing effct.Three patients had developed antibiotic resistance.And 2 cases had drug allergy.And 95% of patients got satisfactory results for bactericidal.Conclusion：To strengthen nursing care of positive Hp accepted eradication therapy by sequential therapy is the key of successful treatment.
