摘　　要：对调整概算以及与其相关的已批准的初步设计总概算表、建设过程中的重大变更、开展工作的条件、工作重点和审查工作中的一些问题进行了探讨。Preliminary estimate of adjustment and related issues have been discussed. Related issues includes： the approved table of general budget estimate of preliminary design, important changes in the construction progress, the conditions of developing work, critical points and review of work.
