摘　　要：目的:结合实际情况,探讨重庆市区域卫生信息化建设存在的问题和解决方案。方法:分析重庆市当前区域卫生信息化现状,面向卫生信息资源,以电子健康档案为中心,进行统筹规划、整体管理、协同服务。结果:建立"快速、高效、共享"的基于电子健康档案的区域卫生信息平台。结论:利用信息手段,推进重庆市卫生事业发展,建立完善的现代区域卫生服务体系。Objective： Based on the reality, this article was conducted to study the current problems and solutions to these problems of regional health information constructions in Chongqing. Method： By analyzing the current status of regional health information constructions of Chongqing, face to the health information resources and base on electronic health record, followed by unified planning, holistic management and collaborative services. Result： To build a ＂fast, efficient, resource-shared＂ regional health information platform base on electronic health record. Conclusion： Promoting the health development of Chongqing by means of informationization, and establishing and perfecting the current regional health service system.
