摘　　要：北京市医疗保险是社会保障体系的重要组成部分,为全面贯彻医疗保险相关政策,各医疗机构信息系统与医疗保险之间的接口实现是关键。通过分析国内各省市医疗保险信息化现状,总结近年来的成就和经验教训,对"军字一号"各个系统进行全面升级和添补,实现其与北京市医疗保险系统的全面对接,并通过实验室产品到实际应用,为国内类似研究起到了一定的示范性作用。The medical insurance system is an important part of social security system. To implement the relevant policy, the key is the implementation of interface to HIS and medical insurance systems. In this paper seam tess joint between the No.1 Military Medical Project and Beijing medical insurance system is realized, which is based on the analysis of domestic medical insurance information systems. Through the practical application, it could play a certain role model for domestic similar studies.
