摘  要:目的了解医院临床分离菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法用K-B法进行抗菌药物药敏试验。结果 2009年度分离株共3 699株,革兰阳性球菌占47.50%,革兰阴性杆菌占42.50%。MRSA和MRCNS分别为40.72%、75.94%。大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属产ESBLs率为76.67%和64.80%,产ESBLs株耐药率均比非ESBLs株高。MRS对各抗生素的耐药率显著高于MSS,未发现耐万古霉素株。粪肠球菌对多数药物的耐药率低于屎肠球菌。结论细菌耐药性呈增长趋势,应及早采取防控措施。Objective To investigate the resistance of clinical isolates from hospitals.Methods Bacterial susceptibility testing was carried by using Kirby Bauer method.Results A total of 3 699 clinical isolates was collected from January to December 2009,of which Gram negative organisms and Gram positive cocci accounted for 42.50%and 57.50% respectively.Methicillin resistant strains in S.aureus(MRSA) and coagulase negative staphylococcus(MRCNS) accounted for 40.72%and 75.94% respectively.Extended spectrum beta lactamases(ESBLs)strains in E.Coli and Klebsiella spp accounted for 76.67% and 64.80% respectively.The resistance rates of ESBLs positive strains were much higher than those of ESBLs negative strains to most tested drugs.Strains of Enterobacteriaceae were still highly susceptible to imipenem and meropenem.The resistance rates of E.faecalis strains to most tested drugs were lower than those of E.faecium.Conclusions Bacterial resistance is still increasing.It is mandatory for hospitals to take effective control measures.
