摘　　要：目的探讨Bold螺钉内固定治疗Mason型桡骨小头骨折的临床疗效。方法自2006年5月至2009年6月,采用Bold螺钉内固定治疗Mason型桡骨小头骨折13例,男8例,女5例,年龄19～56岁,平均37.3岁。术后2d进行功能锻炼。术后定期X线复查,采用Broberg和Morrey肘关节功能评分标准评判疗效。结果所有患者均获得6～14个月随访,平均10个月。肘关节功能评分平均97分,优9例,良3例,差1例,优良率为92.3%。结论 Bold螺钉内固定治疗Mason型桡骨小头骨折,能精确重建关节面,早期功能锻炼,有助于恢复良好的肘关节功能,是一种治疗桡骨小头骨折的理想方法。Objective To study the clinical effect of the Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures treated by operation of open reduction and internal fixation with bold screws.Methods From May 2006 to Jun.2009,13 patients with Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures were treated by internal fixation with Bold screws.There were 8 males and 5 females,with the average age of 37.3 years（range,19～56 years）.Patients undergo early postoperative systematic function exercises after 2 dayes and X-RAY examination at regular intervals.Elbow function was assessed adopting Broberg and Monrrey elbow score.Results All the patients were followed,the mean follow up period was 10 months（range,6～14 months）.The average elbow score was 97 for operation group,9 cases were graded excellent,3 good,and 1 fair.The overall excellent and good rate was 92.3%.Conclusion The patients in whom the Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with Bold screws had satisfactory joint function and it should be the ideal way for the patients of the Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures.
