摘　　要：目的探讨外固定架辅助下治疗胫骨远段粉碎性骨折的初期临床疗效。方法31例胫骨远段粉碎性骨折患者被随机分为对照组和观察组治，对照组15例，观察组16例。对照组采用常规切开复位钢板内固定术治疗；观察组采用外固定辅助复位下X线监视闭合复位，插入桥接铜板内固定术治疗。结果患者均获随访，时间6-24个月。所有伤口均一期愈合，对照组骨折愈合时间21～32周，平均29．6周；观察组为16～28周，平均211周。按Johner—Wruhs标准评价，观察组优12例，良3例，及格1例；对照组分别为优8例、良3例，及格3例，差1例。两组相比，经检验差异有统计学意义（p均〈0．05）。结论外固定辅助复位下治疗胫骨远段粉碎性骨折，具有损伤小、感染风险低、骨折愈合快、骨延迟愈合及骨不连发生率低等优点，是一种较好的治疗方法．Objective Under the closed reduction of external fixator-assisted the BO of distal tibial conuninuted fractures. Methods 31 distal tibial comminuted fracture cases were randomly divided into two groups： observation group （16） were treated under the external fixator with closed reduction under image intensifier and Wellenplate fixation; control group （15） with conventional open reduction and internal fixation. Results After being evaluated according to Johner- Wruhs scoring, in observation group, there were 12 cases as being excellent, 3 as good,1 as fair; in the control group, there were correspondingly 8, 3, 3, 1. The compared between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Under the closed reduction of external fixatorassisted the treatment of distal tibial comminuted fractures provides biological fixation with better healing and lower complications rates, which is an effective and economical methods.
