摘　　要：目的了解泌尿外科患者合并60例糖尿病的围手术期处理。方法在做好泌尿外科治疗的同时，严密观测血糖及监控，并做好临床的治疗和预防．结果57例泌尿外科手术手术顺利进行、3例死亡。结论泌尿外科患者合并60例糖尿病围手术期只要处理得当仍可施术．Objective To study Urology 60 patients with diabetes merger of perioperative management. Methods In completes the urinary surgery treatment at the same time , Strict observation blood sugar and monitoring, and completes the clinical treatment and prevention. Results The 57 patients urological surgical operation smoothly,The 3 cases died. Conclusion Urology 60 patients with diabetes patients merger perioperative if properly handled could still be the operation.
