摘　　要：阐述了汽车零部件入厂物流的现状和循环取货(Milk-run)模式的特点,总结了国内汽车零部件物流Milk-run运作中存在的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了基于第三方物流的汽车零部件物流Milk-run模式,并设计了实施该模式的3个阶段运作流程。The status quo of the inbound logistics for auto parts and the characteristics of Milk-run mode are presented and the main problems existing in Milk-run operations of domestic auto parts logistics are summarized.On this basis,a new Milk-run mode for auto parts logistics based on third-party logistics is proposed and for its implementation a three-stage operation process is devised.
