摘  要:当前的CAFD系统大多基于CAD软件上,实现了夹具的装配,但无法对夹具系统夹紧稳定性和工件变形等性能进行评价。针对该问题,依据多柔性体系统动力学,研究了以菜单和对话框为人机交互界面的夹具设计系统的体系结构和实现方法。在数字样机技术ADAMS平台之上,采用Fortran语言作为二次开发工具建立该系统。由于将柔性接触的数学模型融入二次开发中,系统实现了参数化的夹具数字样机设计及性能分析。应用实例表明,该系统能够很好地支持夹具设计。Current computer aided fixture design has realized fixture's assembly by CAD software.However,the stabilization of clamping and the elastic deformation of the workpiece can not be evaluated.To focus on the demand,according to dynamics of flexible multibody systems,architecture and method of an interactive fixture design system with menu and dialog box were discussed and implemented.The system was established by second development of ADAMS with Fortran language.The friendly parametric interface system can achieve fixture's digital prototype and fine performance because math model of flexible contact is introduced into the system during the redevelopment.Finally,the prototype system was illustrated by a case study.
