摘 要:采用有限元分析与实验研究相结合的方法,研究用于波纹钢腹板体外预应力箱梁桥的钢制块式转向装置的承载机理、受力特点、破坏形态、极限承载力等力学特性.在有限元分析中,采用梁段模型模拟分析转向装置对钢筋混凝土翼缘板的局部作用,采用转向装置局部模型模拟分析转向装置从加载开始直至破坏的受力全过程.实验室实验对有限元分析的结果进行了验证,二者结果吻合良好.研究表明,钢制块式转向装置对结构的局部影响主要集中在翼缘板与转向块连接的部分及其附近区域内;钢制块式转向装置的破坏由环向钢筋受拉破坏引起;环向钢筋的受力表现出明显的偏心受拉构件的受力特点.Mechanical performance,such as load bearing mechanism,mechanical characters,damage form and ultimate load capacity of steel block deviator used in externally prestressed box girder with corrugated webs was studied using FEA(finite element analysis) and experimental methods.In FEA,local influence of girder caused by deviator was studied in the whole beam model;mechanical behaviors of deviator from loading to damage were studied in the local deviator model.Experiment was conducted to verify the FEA results and it is shown that both results are in good agreement.The research indicates that the local influence in concrete flange caused by deviator concentrates in the joints and the nearby location of deviator and concrete flange;the damage of deviator is caused by tensile damage of round reinforcements;the round reinforcements show obvious characteristics of eccentric tension member.
