摘 要:利用钢球磨煤机单位筒体容积磨煤出力的概念,将单进单出钢球磨煤机出力的简化计算方法用于双进双出钢球磨煤机的出力计算,给出了磨制标准煤的单位筒体容积磨煤出力以及磨制其它煤种时的磨煤出力计算公式,包括BBD型、D型及SVEDALA型双进双出钢球磨煤机。按此公式对实际运行的上安电厂3号锅炉SVEDALA型磨煤机和鄂州电厂1号锅炉D-10D磨煤机进行出力计算,并与实测出力进行比较表明,结果十分吻合。By using the concept of coal-pulverizing output per unit cylinder volume of the ball mills,a simplified calculation method for output of ball mills with single-inlet and single-outlet has been introduced into output calculation of ball mills with double-inlets and double-outlets,the coal-pulverizing output for per unit cylinder volume in pulverizing standard coal,as well as the calculation formula for coal-pulverizing output per unit cylinder volume in pulverizing other coal sorts being put forward,including for BBD type,D-type,and SVEDALA-type ball mills with double-inlets and double-outlets.Through calculation of output for SVEDALA-type ball mill of boiler no.3 in Shang'an Power Plant,and for D-10D-type ball mill of boiler no.1 in Erzhou Power Plant during practical operation according to said formula,and comparison with the actually measured outputs,it shows that the results tally very well.
