摘 要:对某电厂300 MW循环流化床锅炉结焦原因进行了分析,得出低阻力布风板虽然有良好的布风均匀性,但其正常流化状态抗扰动的能力较弱,在受到扰动时流化态容易恶化,从而形成床料贴壁结焦。同时,锅炉添加床料系统给料点设计不良,导致炉膛内床料粒度不能均匀分布,也是造成流化不良的原因。对此,提出了严格控制起动运行参数,适当增加一次风量,缩短起动时间等措施,在一定程度上可避免结焦。The causes leading to slagging in 300 MW boiler of one power plant have been analysed,the conclusion obtained is as follows:although the air-distributing plates of low fluid drag have the ability to distribute the air more uniformly,but their disturbance-resistant ability is weaker,in the case of encountering disturbance the normal fluidization regime is easily to deteriorate,thereby,resulting in slagging due to the bed material sticked on the water-cooled wall.At the same time,it has been pointed out that the designed feed points in the bed material adding system of boiler are imperfect,leading to un-uniform distribution of bed material particles in the furnace,being another cause resulting in bad fluidization.For this,some measures have been put forward,i.e.the parameters in start-up and operation have to be strictly controlled,the quantity of primary air has to be suitably increased,thus,can aviod slagging in a certain degree.
