摘  要:在分析汽轮机调节阀线性可变差动变送器(LVDT)常见故障的基础上,提出了调节阀阀杆区域加装防转装置和万向节装置,调整LVDT同心度,增设调节阀行程偏差大报警逻辑等改进措施,并以此对国华锦界电厂亚临界600 MW机组汽轮机调节阀LVDT进行了改进。经过1年的试运行,改进后的调节阀未再发生LVDT反馈杆与套筒摩擦和LVDT反馈杆变形的现象,LVDT各部件受力均匀,阀位反馈测量准确,调节阀反馈定位精度和连续运行可靠性显著提高。On the basis of analysing common failures occurred on the linear variable differential transducers(LVDT) of steam turbines,some retrofit measures,i.e.adding rotation-preventing device in the valve stem region of the govenor valve,adding universal coupling facility,adjusting the concentricity of LVDT,adding alarm logic for large deviation of govenor valve's stroke,etc.,have been put forward,and the LVDT of govenor valve for steam turbine of subcritical 600 MW unit in Guohua Jinjie Power Plant being retrofitted according to the said measures.After retrofitting,the phenomena occurred on the govenor valve,such as friction between feedback stem of LVDT and the sleeve,deformation of feedback stem in LVDT etc.,have never occurred again in trial operation of one year.All parts of LVDT are stressed uniformly,the feedback of valve position being accurately measured,the setting precision of govenor valve's feedback and the reliability in continous operation have been remarkabally enhanced.
