摘　　要：起重机高速齿轮轴是起重机运行和起升机构的重要零件之一,运用CosmosWorks软件对起重机高速齿轮轴进行有限元和疲劳分析计算,得到齿轮轴应力应变的分布情况和疲劳寿命,为起重机的可靠性设计提供理论数据。The high-speed gear axle is one of the important parts in the running and hoisting mechanisms of the crane.The paper acquires the stress-strain distribution and fatigue life of the gear axle through the finite element and fatigue analysis calculation for the high-speed gear axle of crane through the CosmosWorks software and,thus provides theoretical data for the reliability design of crane.
