慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中PDGF和TGF-β_1的水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与肝纤维化的关系。方法对121例CHB患者进行肝穿活检组织病理学检查,进行纤维化分期及炎症分级。通过ELISA方法检测患者血清中PDGF和TGF-β1的含量。结果 CHB患者血清PDGF水平随肝纤维化程度逐渐加重而不断升高,S2、S3、S4期显著高于S1期(P<0.01)。S2期血清TGF-β1含量显著高于S1期(P<0.01);S4期显著低于S2和S3期(P<0.05)。G2级CHB患者血清PDGF含量显著高于G1、G3、和G4级(P<0.05)。G2级CHB患者血清TGF-β1含量显著高于G1、G3、G4级(P<0.05);G3级与G1级相比明显下降(P<0.01)。结论血清PDGF和TGF-β1水平与CHB患者肝纤维化的发生密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum levels of platelet derived growth factor（PDGF）,transforming growth factor-beta1（TGF-β1） and hepatic fibrosis.Methods One hundred and twenty-one patients with chronic hepatitis B,who received liver biopsy for observing pathological changes.The levels of serum PDGF and TGF-β1 were detected by ELISA.Results The serum levels of PDGF in patients with chronic hepatitis B continuously increased with the severity of hepatic fibrosis.The serum levels of PDGF in S2,S3 and S4 stage were significantly higher than those in S1 stage（P0.01）.The serum levels of TGF-β1 in S2 stage were significantly higher than those in S1 stage（P0.01）,but the serum levels of TGF-β1 in S4 stage were significantly lower than those in S2 and S3（P0.01 or P0.05）.The serum levels of PDGF in G2 were significantly higher than those in G1,G3 and G4（P0.05）.The serum levels of TGF-β1 in G2 were significantly higher than those in G1,G3 and G4（P0.01 or P0.05）.Serum levels of TGF-β1 in G3 were significantly lower than those in G1（P0.01）.Conclusion The levels of serum PDGF and TGF-β1 are closely correlated with the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis.
