摘　　要：首次报道贵州轮藻植物资料,计有:丽藻属16种,1个变种,鸟巢藻属2种,拟丽藻属1种,灯枝藻属1种,轮藻属13种,2个变种.This paper reported materials for the Charophyta from Guizhou. There are five genera, thirty four species and three varieties. The sixteen speeics and one variety are iacladed in Nitella, two Species in Tolypella, one species in Niiellopsis, one spscies in Lychnothamnus and thirteen species and two varieties in Chara.
