摘  要:采用酶切扩增多态性序列(Cleaved amplified polymorphic sequences,CAPS)方法对国内市场上的26个番茄So-lanum lycopersicum品种进行Mi基因检测.结果表明,特璐丝、红丽、TRS-401、仙客1号和仙客5号5个品种含有纯合体Mi基因,其余品种均不含Mi基因.进一步用南方根结线虫Meloidogyne incognita和象耳豆根结线虫M.enter-olobii对这26个品种进行接种试验,计算根结率和根结指数.结果发现,南方根结线虫和象耳豆根结线虫侵染不含Mi基因的21个番茄品种的根结率为100%,根结指数为100;而含Mi基因的5个番茄品种对南方根结线虫的根结率为1%~5%,根结指数为0~4,而对象耳豆根结线虫的根结率为26.7%~45.6%,根结指数为56~64.表明含Mi基因的番茄高抗南方根结线虫,但对象耳豆根结线虫感病或比较感病.Twenty-six cultivars of tomato in domestic markets were detected for the resistance gene Mi by cleaved amplified polymorphic sequences(CAPS).The results indicated that 5 cultivars of the tomato,including TRS,Hongli,TRS-401,Xianke NO.1 and Xianke NO.5,carried homozygous Mi,and the further study on the resistance of the tomato cultivars to Melodogyne incognita and M.enterolobii was conducted separately by artificially inoculating.The results showed that the gall rate and the gall index of other 21 tomato cultivars without Mi gene were 100% and 100,when inoculated with M.incognita or M.enterolobii;1% to 5% and 26.7% to 45.6% for the five tomato cultivars with Mi gene,and when inoculated with M.incognita and M.enterolobii,the gall index were 0 to 4 and 56 to 64 correspondingly.The study also showed that M.enterolobii could overcome Mi gene to some extent.The tomato cultivars with Mi gene were high resistant to M.incognita,but susceptible or more susceptible to M.enterolobii.
