摘 要:通过比较结球甘蓝、番茄、茄子和黄瓜4种寄主植物上粉虱座壳孢Aschersonia aleyrodis对烟粉虱Bem isia taba-ci的LC50和LT50值,评价了寄主植物对粉虱座壳孢致病力的影响.结果表明:在处理后的第6 d,不同寄主植物上粉虱座壳孢对烟粉虱的LC50值差异显著;4种寄主植物上烟粉虱的LC50最小值均出现在处理后的第10 d.当分生孢子浓度为5×105和1×106mL-1时,4种寄主植物上粉虱座壳孢对烟粉虱的LT50值差异显著,其他浓度时番茄与甘蓝上烟粉虱的LT50值差异不显著.茄子与黄瓜上烟粉虱的LT50值差异显著.The effect of host plants on the potential of Aschersonia aleyrodis for controlling Bemisia tabaci were evaluated by comparing the LC50 and LT50 values of B.tabaci on cabbage,tomato,eggplant and cucumber.The results of regression analysis on the accumulative adjusted mortalities of B.tabaci and the different concentrations of Aschersonia aleyrodis showed that LC50 values of B.tabaci were significantly different with the B.tabaci on different host plants in six days after treatments,and the least LC50 of B.tabaci on cabbage,tomato,eggplant and cucumber appeared in ten days after treatments.The LT50 values of B.tabaci were significantly different on four host plants with the concentrations of 5×105 and 1×106 mL-1 of A.aleyrodis,respectively.However,there were no significant differences of LT50 of B.tabaci on host plants between cabbage and tomato,and eggplant and cucumber with the other concentrations of A.aleyrodis.
