摘　　要：根据《火灾后建筑结构鉴定标准》(CECS252:2009),对某办公楼局部构件进行了损伤检测、鉴定,并探讨了局部改造对结构安全性的影响,其工程经验可供有关工程技术人员借鉴。According to The Identification Standard of the After-fire Building Construction CECS252：2009,the writer and his colleagues conducted damage detection and identification regarding part of the elements of a certain office building.In this paper,he later discussed the influence of partial modification to the construction safety,hoping that the experience is advisable to the related engineering personnel.
