摘　　要：在运能与运量矛盾突出的情况下,呼和浩特铁路局货运处采取一系列创新措施,提高运输效率,通过重点解决影响装卸效率的关键问题、加强货源组织努力提高货车静载重等深挖运输潜力的措施,为提高货物装卸效率提供组织保证;通过创新培训模式、培育处室文化等措施为提高货装效率提供素质保证;通过强化安全管理机制、加大对货运设备和设施的投入、开展对危险货物专项整治活动的措施,为提高货装效率提供安全保证;通过以信息化管理办法实现闭环管理、信息化管理保证货运装卸生产信息及时传达、通过互联网货运营销信息系统加强与货主的互动等措施为提高货装效率提供质量保证。This paper introduces under the contradiction condition of traffic capacity and traffic volume,Freight department of Hohhot railway Administration applies a series of innovative measures to increase traffic efficiency, the measures of increasing loading efficiency include increasing freight car static loading through strengthening freight resource organization and solving key problems of loading efficiency as to provide organization guarantee; through innovating training mode and training directors as to provide performance guarantee; through enhancing safety management mechanism, increasing investment of freight traffic equipments and devices and developing special management for dangerous goods as to provide safety guarantee; through ensuring the in-time transmission of loading and manufacture information by rea lizing closed loop management and informationization management as well as strengthening inter-contact with shipper by Internet freight marketing information system as to provide duality guarantee.
