摘 要:目的比较研究湿法超微粉碎法与回流法提取中药延胡索的有效成分。方法使用湿法超微粉碎法和回流法提取延胡索中的延胡索乙素。通过激光光散射与扫描电镜观察了湿法超微粉碎提取的微粒;HPLC指纹图谱比较了湿法超微粉碎法与回流法提取物的成分差异。结果湿法超微粉碎法可使延胡索组织结构大量破坏,是有效成分快速溶出的主要原因。HPLC指纹图谱表明,湿法超微粉碎提取与回流提取的有效成分的种类基本相同。结论湿法超微粉碎法可以用于中草药有效成分的提取,超微粉碎与提取同步完成,极大提高了提取的效率。Objective To compare the active ingredients extracted from Corydalis Rhizoma by wet grinding micro-extraction and conventional boiling reflux.Methods Wet grinding micro-extraction and conventional boiling reflux were used to extract Tetrahydropa lmatine from Corydalis Rhizoma.The wet grinding micro-extraction particulate was studied by laser light scattering and scanning electron microscopy.HPLC fingerprint technology was used to demonstrate the differences between wet grinding micro-extraction and conventional boiling reflux.Results Microscopic analysis showed that a large number of the organizational structure of Corydalis Rhizoma was damaged after wet grinding,which should be the main reason for the rapid dissolution of the active ingredient.HPLC fingerprint studies showed that the active ingredients in both extractions with wet grinding and conventional boiling reflux are basically in the same content.Conclusions Wet grinding micro-extraction can be used to extract the active ingredients from herbal medicine,micro-comminution and extraction were accomplished at the same time,which has greatly improved the efficiency of the extration.
