脑脉通胶囊的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立脑脉通胶囊的质量标准。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(30:70)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,采用HPLC对样品中的葛根素进行了含量测定;采用薄层层析法,对胶囊中的主要药味进行了定性鉴别研究。结果 3批样品中,葛根素的平囊的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法,为其质量标准的建立提供依据。Objective To establish the quality control standard for Naomaitong capsules.Methods The contents of kakkonein in 3 batches of sample were determined by HPLC-UV.Kromasil C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase was methanol-1% Acetic acid solution（30：70） with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The main ingredients in the prescription were identified by TLC.Results The average contents of kakkonein in 3 batches of sample were 13.69,13.49,13.14 mg/capsule,respectively.The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.Conclusion The methods of qualitative identification and quantitative determination on Naomaitong capsules were established.It provide the basis for the quality control standard.
