摘 要:区域水资源可持续利用系统是由资源、环境、经济和社会众多指标组成的复杂系统。为合理确定各评价子系统中评价指标值不同量纲指标之间的可公度性问题以及各子系统对评价目标的权重,提出了用因子分析法计算评价子系统的因子综合得分,然后用基于加速遗传算法的层次分析法确定各评价子系统权重的多指标评价方法(FA-AHP)。应用结果表明,用FA-AHP计算结果客观、合理,方法直观、简便,在系统多指标评价中具有推广应用价值。The sustainable utilization of local water resource system is a complex system composed of multiple indicators in terms of resources, environment,economy and society. In order to reasonably resolve the synthesis of evaluation index between different dimension index and determine the values of evaluation subsystems, a new FA-AHP model is suggested in this study. In the FA-AHP method, composite scores of evaluation subsystems are determined by using factor analysis method, and the weight values of evaluation subsystems are deternlined by using analytic hierarchy process method based on accelerating genetic algorithnx The application results show that the computation results of FA-AHP are reasonable and objective, and the method is direct and practical. Hence, it is recommended to be widely applied in other multi-index evaluation systems.
